Groups we offer:
We offer a variety of therapy groups facilitated by therapists that are all supervised by Melissa Barton, MA, LPC-S. The counselors use multiple modalities from virtual to in-person services that all target different populations in our area.
Middle School Group:
Our Middle School Group offers the opportunity for social and emotional development. It is open to any tween that is enrolled or about to enter middle school. Home-schoolers are welcome! In this group, led by a licensed counselor, tweens & teens can learn coping tools, communication techniques, and social skills, all while being supported by other kids their age. We offer this service in our Katy location Bi-Weekly on Thursday’s at 6 PM, it is led by:

Co-ED High School Group:
Our High School Group offers the opportunity for support from peers, a safe space to process issues & feelings, as well as psycho-education on current issues that teens may face. This group runs the course of 1 semester, and covers topics such as anxiety, depression, coping skills, social media, substance use, bullying, self-esteem, and more! We offer this service in our Katy location Bi-Weekly on Thursday’s at 5 PM, it is led by:

Adolescence to Adulting Group:
Are you, or do you know someone struggling with the transition from high school to college? Or from high school to the workforce? Our “Adolescence to Adulting” group offers the opportunity for support in a safe space to those who may be facing life transitions. We provide flexibility to all by offering this group virtually every other week, all over the state of Texas. This group is led by:
